it's the Dumbo Arts Festival and we eat in shifts so it's time for some grilled veg - zucchini, red peppers, yellow squash and shallot along with couscous with parsley and toasted pine nuts and that really good chavrie goat cheese
we roasted some veg this morning, so we have yellow peppers, yellow squash and shallot on a big slice of heirloom tomato with chavrie goat cheese and baguette.
