
it's freezing, so tomato soup is always good - along with avocado (olive oil, balsamic, sea salt, pepper and cilantro) and prosciutto cotto
a delicious sandwich with olive pesto,fresh mozzarella, grilled eggplant and roasted red pepper. looking at the size of the black olive, one would think we had a miniature sandwich but in fact the olive was massive (about 2"!) and really good - they came from Sahadis
