still on the sandwich run - mozzarella and prosciutto cotto from di Palo's, big slice of heirloom tomato from the farmer's mkt and arugula on pane francese with artichoke paste - tasty
a great mix of flavors - basic mature cheddar and prosciutto cotto (ham) which go very well with home-made beetroot chutney (thank you Anna! in london); dried apricot, walnuts, plum with an arugula and mixed sprouting shoots salad
according to Rick who was in today, this sandwich was 'amazing!' It's really a ham&cheese deluxe - prosciutto cotto, a nice cheddar, tomato with colemans english on the bottom, Gary's chutney and arugula. well, it was good
I missed this one, unfortunately - after a long absence from di Palo's we're back with prosciutto cotto and pecorino Sardo (from Sardinia) which along with a mixed green salad, avocado and red onion, was delicious - I'm sure!
cruculo (a fantastic cheese from Trentino) and prosciutto cotto - both from di Palo's, along with grilled veg, including yellow beets, sweet onion, turnip and radicchio; Molly's kasha on the side and some tomato soup
